We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million. 

 

About the Role

We are currently looking for a full-time Plumber to start immediately.

The Plumber will assist our drainage crew with the install, maintenance and repair of pipes, drains, guttering and metal roofing, mechanical services and related equipment for water supply, gas, drainage, sewerage, heating, cooling and ventilation systems.

Payrates starting from $37 per hour.

 

Tasks Include:

  1. studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
  2. setting out and installing hot and cold water systems and associated equipment
  3. installing water-based fire protections systems, including fire hydrants, hose reels and sprinkler systems
  4. designing and installing sanitary plumbing and water supply systems, discharge pipes and sanitary fixtures
  5. fabricating and installing soil and waste stacks
  6. assembling and installing mechanical services plant, air handling and conditioning equipment and small bore heating systems
  7. installing sewerage and effluent pumping equipment and disposal systems
  8. installing below-ground drainage systems and associated ground support systems
  9. installing gas appliances, flues and pressure regulating devices
  10. fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings

 

About You:

In Australia:

  • AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

In New Zealand:

  • NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

 

  • At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Current Aust Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong desire to be part of a hardworking winning team
  • Have the right to live and work in Australia. 
  • Fit and enjoy working outdoors
