We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10 Million.

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive person to join our WHSEQ Team.

Reporting and liaising directly to the Group Quality Manager, The Quality Administrator is a vital part of the Quality Assurance team and is responsible for assisting the QA Manager in the controlling of management and quality records and preparation, version control and distribution of documents regarding project inspections and testing.  Your responsibilities include: 

  • Advising Group Quality Manager of any issues relating to quality inspection and testing
  • compiling data of records relating to all quality inspection and testing 
  • Ad hoc tasks as instructed. 
  • Equipment management (calibration control if and when required) 
  • Liaise with staff in relation to document and quality control of documents. 

 

About you

  • Previous experience in the Civil Construction industry. 
  • Positive, forward-thinking attitudes. 
  • Strong computer literacy. 
  • Competent in Outlook and Microsoft (Word, Excel etc.) 
  • Holds a Construction (Or willing to obtain)
  • Hard working and motivated. 
  • Strong communication skills
