Accounts Payable Officer - Full Time

Wormall Civil have an exciting opportunity for an accounts payable officer to join our Accounts team in and fun, supportive and diverse Finance team.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer located in our Cardup office.  Reporting to the finance Supervisor and working with a close-knit team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Accounts payable data entry 
• Matching purchase orders
• Ad hoc data entry as required.
• Answering incoming phone calls 
• Assisting payroll when needed
• Processing of invoices

About You:

• Experience in an Accounts payable role.
• Prior experience in Civil construction (preferred) 
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident with Microsoft (outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using Timberline (Not essential - Training provided)
