About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the team located at our Cardup office.  Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Accounts payable/ receivable data entry 
• Matching purchase orders
• Ad hoc data entry as required
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Processing of invoices

About You:

• Prior Experience in an Accounts payable / receivable role
• Prior experience in Civil construction (preferred) 
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident with Microsoft (outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience using Timberline (Not essential - Training provided)
